Quality/Risk/Safety organization

edited August 2017 in JCAHO Watch
How do you break up Risk, Quality, and Safety Officer duties/positions at your facility? Is safety broken into environmental and patient safety?

Thank you and have a good day!
Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.

Yes. We have a PSO (patient safety officer) that handles patient safety issues and Safety Officer who handles environmental safety. They both lead the Safety Committee.
